1980's - The Present

I just love Nettie's style and attention to detail. She is much more patient than me when she creates a new piece. Nettie has had no formal art training, but she never needed it! She has fabulous natural talent and her own unique style.

Over the years, I've encouraged Nettie to draw a lot. We get busy and time fly's and we both realize we haven't picked up a pencil in months, maybe even years. But hopefully now that Nettie has her own gallery, she will do mo re pieces. Actually, she's working on one today as I create this. :)

There are a few more of her pieces that I want to post here soon. She's very good at capturing the likeness of anyone she draws. Sadly there were a couple of sketches that were just too light, having faded over the years, and I was unable to post them.

Nettie has a few unfinished pieces I'm encouraging her to complete and when she does I'll put them up here. She's also started learning Photoshop, so I hope she'll create some work there that she'll be willing to share. Stay tuned for more...
